
Nun Creek Trail Work-Bee

We are continuing the trail brushing work from Nun Creek to the original trailhead, approximately 2.8 km.
Our next work bee is scheduled for Sunday, September 20 β continuing the trail brushing work from Nun Creek to the original trailhead, approximately 2.8 km.
Details:
π Meet at the Ramada at 8:00 am β car-pooling from there. Back in Creston by approximately 4:00 pm. Weather dependent β showers are okay, rain is not.
What to bring:
Packed lunch and rain jacket, work gloves and suitable footwear. Plenty of water.
Chainsaw operators: required: PPE: ear, eye, and leg protection β hard hat recommended.
Brush saw operators: required: ear and eye protection.
Equipment needed:
Chain saws (with certification), Brush saws, Large loppers.
Volunteers will pick up and remove brush from the trail.
Getting there:
Thanks to the June work bee, the Nun Creek trailhead is now accessible by 4x4 truck if driven with care.
Volunteer Waiver:

ATVs are welcome β SxSs and quads.
